Living As A Drama        Queen

At first I thought my life was perfect but I had no idea what was about to strike.

Aliens, Aliens were about to strike.

Chapter one

Wave 1

West High school

Postgate drive

So I was just normally doing my make up waiting for the lunch bell to ring, then, out of nowhere all of the power was out.

My phone the lights the laptops.

Cars and trucks losing control.

Then a FREAKIN  HELICOPTER FELL, RIGHT FROM THE SKY!!!!!!

There was a scream followed by cries everyone was so so worried.

Then there was me, frozen with fear what possibly caused this.

“OMIGOSH I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING” screamed Lyla.

Lyla may be my bestfriend but still she’s such a drama queen.

She wasn’t worried at all except for the fact that she was worried but not about the disaster, it was because for once nobody around her paid any attention to her because of the first wave that we thought would be the last. By the way it wasn’t but you will figure it out later.

So of course Lyla started screaming, she made such a racket

But then we all stopped my eyes filled with tears as i realised my dad was outside he was in an accident, not just any accident,the HELICOPTER accident.

“Oh no my dad, my dad,let me out let me out,please,I need to help my dad,PLEASE,PLEASE.”

But it didn’t work, nothing did.

I was so worried,depressed,sad I don’t know too many emotions in one moment.   

There was no escape, We were trapped indoors for who knows how long.

But the worst part is being trapped in a room with LYLA!!!

Too top it all off there WAS ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNET CONNECTION.

Which meant that we had no services too rely on.

The Panic

Chapter 2

West High school

School Gymnasium

2:00

So we were all just waiting to be allowed to leave the school but that time didn’t come it just didn’t.

We waited and waited.

Kids were in a state of panic.

There weren’t any waves for a while, maybe about an hour maybe two.

Sadly that didn’t last long.

I can’t tell it all we aren’t aloud too.

Well not until the next chapter of course.    Here’s a briefing just so you know what’s about to strike because this was huge.    Sooooooooooo, back to the briefing We were all sitting in the hall scared and worried about our families “who knows when we'll get to see them again what if we never do. “ Ugh kids just full with worries they were sooooooooooo annoying I would’ve rather died.Just kidding if I wanted to I already had the chance , but that is definitely not how I would like to die like seriously. I might as well just go into the next chapter this is so boring.

Wave Two

Chapter three

West High School Hall
4:30pm(AFTER SCHOOL)

                                   

 We were just casually sitting in the school after freaking school hours dying of boredom seeing we had no electricity.

We were practically bodies with dead souls in them.                          

Nobody said a single word.

Except for Lyla of course.

She was busy screaming and being comforted by people around her.

Oh yeah I might not of mentioned this but I also have a baby brother we were just sitting down in the hall accompanied by some, how should I say it, how about, less dramatic friends.

We were all pretty calm but of course, that didn’t last long we were playing tic tac toe when we may of over-heard some of the teachers behind us talking about an upcoming earthquake.

Only we knew about this upcoming quake.

We started to worry of course then i stood up and asked Lyla and everyone we were with too follow me Down out of the hall where there was a less of a chance of death.

But between you and me I really believe that the teachers are stupid the hall is pretty much the definition of a death trap like really teachers, thought you had to be smart and know like life skills ya know what I mean.

So I may sound a bit selfish for only bringing my friends but too be fair I wouldn’t want to be the only person left to survive the attack.

     So yeah I saved my friends lives pretty much they will owe me some day, some day very soon.

What I didn’t realise was that today was that day.

So eventually we got to the locker room not the best place but at least we would have food,water,clothes and better protection.

      5 minutes after we got proper clothes for this type of activity and we had lockers that we had over top of us.

To be honest that was the highlight of the day because we had like a huge fort and it was awesome.

Anyway after we were secured and safe we made it in perfect time because pretty much a minute after there was a shake in the ground then a rumble then an EARTHQUAKE!!!!

But then I remembered there was no point worrying we were safe.

Except for the fact that we were lost and it was like a humongous maze in one big room.

I couldn’t find anyone I was lost.

Oh that's right I didn’t tell you,

Before the earthquake I went too try find some more of our friends seeing there was plenty of room but, instead, I got lost that's all I got, lost.

There was no use searching, so I just sat there in sadness wondering about my baby brother I needed to know if he was okay.

Oh right another thing I forgot to mention, anyone reading this will probably be thinkin why is there a baby boy in a High school, well that's a long story but I will explain in the next chapter.

I think I have written enough for this chapter onto the next one.

Explanations

Chapter 4

West High Locker room

This chapter will explain chapters 1,2 & 3.

So I said I would explain why my baby brother is in a High school, so here’s why, well  my mum is the vice principal of West High School and she decided that she wanted to suggest a kindy,seriously she made a five page essay on why there should be a kindy and because she’s vice principal she got her wish…. WAIT OMG I JUST REALISED MY MUM WORKS AT THE SCHOOL OMG I HAVEN’T SEEN HER SINCE I GOT ON THE  BUS OMG WHAT HAPPENED OH NO IF SOMETHING HAPPENED TO HER  I WOULD NEVER FORGIVE  MYSELF.

Okay now i'm just freaking myself out I really need to relax wait I can’t relax I might die WHAT THE HECK.

I never really thought about it that way.

Okay back to my duty.

Explaining everything, so as I was saying before my major freak out , my mum got what she wanted and now my brother goes to school here.

Also I didn’t mention the part where my friends did repay me but that will be in the next chapter promise.

Hey maybe explaining how this started would be great.

Wait, no that’s so stupid, you can wait till the end instead of my spoiling it for you.

Trust me the ending has a twist it's different and it'                                                                          

s not something you would - “OMG KATE HELP ME”

“Lyla what do you want.”

“Someone’s at the door.”

“Then answer it.”

“But what if -”

“What if what Lyla afraid of aliens being at the door.”

“Yes i knew you would understand.”

“It's called being sarcastic.”

“You know what I have been through so why won’t you just let me be scared and open the door.”

“What if I don’t.”

“Please, I’m just you know a bit you know .”

“Lyla I know you’re scared, but the thing is i’m a tiny bit you know sad still.”

“What .”

“You know, about the thing that happened, but you know i’m just not fully adjusted yet, don’t worry it's just hard to be surrounded around thoughts and memories about -

Never mind I forgot I haven’t told the readers about the tragedy of -

Lol I can’t tell you Haha you’ll see it but you know it's hard to talk about.”

“Haha okay now Kate open the door please.”

“Fine”

“OMG HI HOW ARE YOU IT'S BEEN SO LONG.”

“Yes, I know I know I really need too come here more.”

“Yes please.”

“Well I have too go finish this story but I promise we will definitely catch up today.”

Okay i’m back i’m going too go too the next chapter because well this is boring now you know what I mean.

One more thing, now there’s a “seceret person”

Wave three

Chapter 4

School locker room

8:30pm

                                      

So it was around 8:30 when I finally found my friends and my baby brother.

I was so relieved.

I can’t even imagine how annoying Lyla would’ve been during the earthquake, gosh I was gone for almost  a whole hour she would’ve been a mess, I legit can’t even imagine. I thought to myself.

About twenty minutes after I found all of my friends, we took a walk too see if there were any survivors.

Thankfully there were survivors, sadly the survivors were injured.

Thankfully their injuries weren’t severe.

The thing that makes it even better is all of the survivors were my friends!!
