Honesty,
One of the most powerful things,
The glue to all friendships,
Ends fights to start friendships,
Or starts a war to end a bond,
Breaks a heart or mends a soul,
Starts tears or creates a smile,
You never really know what honesty can do and it's always full of surprises
so you never really know what honest will do but you never know
Honesty can change futures.
Some interesting ideas Hayley. I think honesty is really important to build trust. Also tact is important so that our honest words aren't misinterpreted as criticism.
